Every January, PJL always hold annual meeting which discusses about challenges that might be faced in that running year. The purpose is to discuss together so company can prepare of the alert and solution for each division.
In this annual meeting, there will be also competition where all division must do presentation which relate to the theme and whoever division wins will get trophy than can be saved for a year.
The result of this annual meeting is to strengthen the teamwork, devotion to the company, build confidence in public speaking, and increase the creativity.
Recession 2023 is on sight, but we are optimistic we can get through it. Because we are 1 team 1 goal!
